The Sooo Good Six Hour Rogaine

The March 6 Hour event is set just one and a quarter hours from Perth in some wonderful Jarrah, Marri and Wandoo forest. The setters have ensured fun for all levels of competitors with some good scores available close to the Hash House and of course some even better scores available to those prepared to wander further afield.

The Setting and Vetting team have had fun armchair setting controls on the 1:25000 map but have been restricted when accessing the site as fires and high temperatures have kept them away. Keep your fingers crossed for rain and cooler weather.

When we managed to get out there we spotted kangaroos and emus in the area but if you are really lucky you might find some snakes and other interesting animals.

Due to fire concerns and to pre-empt any worries, we don’t plan to have any fire… ie no sausage sizzles at the end but we will make up for it with other food alternatives and have the usual cold drink tub.

This rogaine will be sooo good.

Hope to see you there.
Elena, Emma, Chris & Sue
