Keaney Kountry Kaper Rogaine - 14 March 1998
Another first in WA's Rogaining history!
Be part of Rogaine history and enter WARA's first ever 6 hour bush Rogaine.
With a hash house at Keaney College near Bindoon and a course set by Roy Hiller, one of WARA's founding members and a very experienced setter (who could forget Talbot's Last Stand or Geriatric's Revenge) this event promises to be something special.
The map will be a four colour specially drawn edition with scale at 1:25,000 for easier navigation (no promises!)
This relatively informal event will start at 3pm, with maps available from 12 noon, and will finish at 9pm.
There will be no hash house as such. The hash house BBQ's will be made available for you to cook your own feast after the event. Sit back afterwards and enjoy the convivial atmosphere that always prevails at WARA events.
People are encouraged to camp out Saturday night after the event. Unfortunately, the camping grounds will NOT be available Friday, so enjoy a sleep in on Saturday and take a leisurely drive up to the event later that morning.
See you there!
